"Design and Implementation of an RFID and GSM-Based Smart Door Lock System Using Arduino"

In modern security systems, ensuring controlled and monitored access to restricted areas is crucial. This project introduces a cost-effective and efficient RFID and GSM-based door lock system using an Arduino microcontroller. The system authenticates users through RFID cards, allowing access to only authorized individuals. In the event of unauthorized access, a GSM module instantly sends an SMS alert to the owner or concerned authority. A servo motor operates the locking mechanism, and a buzzer provides audible alerts. The LCD display shows real-time access status. This embedded system aims to enhance security for homes, offices, and secure zones with minimal human intervention. The proposed design ensures both physical access control and remote intrusion notification, making it suitable for modern smart security applications.
